ATW Users: Isolate vs. Blend?

    wtf is the big difference... or at least the sticking point that makes Isolate $10 more?

    the only things that really stick out to me are the 0g of fat (as opposed to 1g), 3g more of protein per serving, and some of the BCAA's are higher. Is this the only real difference?

    Are you an elite level athlete? If not, you won't notice the difference.

    isolate is more concentrated and not harsh on the stomach (if you're a lactose intolerant). Get the blend, it's a much better bang for the buck

    That's what I'm using now... just wanted to check and see if there was any significant difference.

    Go with the cheapest protein that doesn't cause your ass to explode. Once you find that, just go with whatever flavor you want. Most people that train are getting enough protein, so the quality factor isn't an issue (minus the stomach problems mentioned above)

    Buy cheap protein and spend the savings on good efa's
