how many days a week do you guys go? I just started and they only offer it M/T/W/Sat. I'm thinking M/W since I won't wake up early enough to go on Saturdays. :hs:

I'm guessing lifting beforehand is pretty dumb as well? :hs:

Noooo I used to do it all the time. Go workout and then stretch afterward. Really good body high. I loved it.

I would recommend not working out before or after. The yoga should be intense enough. I tried lifting heavy one day and then going to yoga, I looked like a total fool.

I wish I had read this yesterday before lifting shoulders and going to a class taught by a different instructor. I didn't realize how much they could vary. The others were more about stretching. This guy was all about strength and endurance. I thought my arms were gonna fall off :wtc:

if i was lifting out at the same trip as yoga, I'd definitely do it before

the times i've tried it I've been exhausted after and lifting would have been useless

that being said, ideally i'd do them on separate days
