If there is something wrong with you, go and see a professional doctor.

My shoulder hurts, right at the front, just a bit down - but between my clavicle and the outer edge of my arm.

It usually gets "tweaked" when I lift or more something wrong, it needn't be anything heavy to set it off, just different. But it has pretty much ended my chest/tri/shoulder days :(

What do you think it is and what do you recommend?

Meatwad: What's wrong with your elbow?
Romulox: Oh, right; you didn't get that surgery.
    Meatwad: We don't have insurance.
Romulox: It's called the easy-flow elbow. Only two people in the world have it, and the other happens to be Bruce Willis.
