Post some recent pics, please.
He's the one on the left
take it to PM
LIAR!! That was last year. And that was simply water retention.
That shirt OWNS!
Taken a week or two ago. At around 172-174lbs.
Whats your leg routine?
more like DAYUM!!1!
is this a decent question to ask, but is that 100 percent natural?
Have a bad lower back and I've been opting for higher reps anyhow...
(bar/15x2,135/10 for warmup)
leg press (single leg)
leg extension (single leg)
I did 1-ad almost a year and a half ago.
so yes its natural
Impressive. What is your height? Diet? Routine?
Looking ridiculously cut as usual!
Diet: Unlike the guy in Cavefish's pic, I never beat anorexia. When I'm eating clean, I'm pretty much keeping my carbs low and good fats and protein high.
Routine: I change around way too often. Pretty much hit most bodyparts once a week. Lately I've sepearated back into two seperate days... one doing vertical motion such as pullups, chins etc... and another doing rowing varieties. If I was younger with less injuries, I would probably try Christopher's routine.
what do you do for bi's?
grouch is dying to know
Bi's are usually an afterthought...
Yesterday though I did this... was just killing time waiting for my gf.
single arm pullups
bw/1(then 3 negatives) x1
bw/1(then 2 -ves)x1
bw/1(then 3 -ves)x1
bw/1(then 2 -ves)x1
dumbell rockers* (a minute rest between sets)
alternate hammer curls
25's/20(15's/20 for dropset)
Was actually going to try the plate curls that Grouch posted but couldn't even do it with 25;bs plates so I gave up.
Two more questions: How long have you been seriously training and do you have a before pic?
Damn, still looking good as always.
Lol, I picked up a 25lb plate to give it a try and almost snapped my forearm in half. Maybe I'll start with the 2 1/2lb plates
IIRC, he's been training for like 13 years or something, he's an OLD man.
