i've got cereal, an NoXplode tub full of almonds, whey protein, and peanut butter lol.

We've got a cafe and I usually order 6 hard boiled eggs...I always get a :eek3::hsugh: type look when I order.

    Supreme bar.

Bring a shaker with protein powder in it, and just add water. Bring an apple.
    (BOOM PREWORKOUT MEAL.)

You could easily do this without even being the "bring food to work guy" yet. BUt honesty, the sooner you establish that you are the bring food to work guy, the better, b/c it has to happen sooner or later.

of course at one day a week if you just want to sacrifice the optimal food plan, its not like its going to kill you

I'm going to be the "bring food to work guy" in a few weeks. Just prepare all your shit the night before, but it in tupperware and stuff it in the fridge at work.

Or like previously mentioned, a ton of nuts/peanut butter/protein supplements and stuff. :dunno:

    bring a bag.

buy a small lunchbox/cooler and an ice pack to keep grilled chicken breasts in it (or whatever else) and eat cold carbs (cereal, oats, granola, etc.)

    almonds, peanut butter, etc

bring a shaker bottle with whey powder in it and just add cold water.

    possibilities are endless

seriously, if i worked in an office that didn't have a fridge, i'd go find the cheapest, ghetto mini-fridge (wal-mart, cost-co, craig's list, whatever) and put it in my office/cube. Not bringing food to work and eating healthy isn't an option.

Breakfast at 6:45 in the morning,
and i am grubbing down 2 lunches at work (10-11 and 2-3) regardless of what it takes. That is just how it goes.

I work full time and I go to school (almost full time) and somehow manage my diet. It's not that difficult...just pack a lunch and take it with you.
