how long did it take you get to there?
around a year and a half even though that is just for the squat. Dunno where my deadlift is and there is no way that I can bench that much
bench and squat about a year and I was pretty close to the DL the first time I walked into a gym
I'll let you know whenever I start benching 450, and squatting/DLing 600+
about a year
2.5 years, but an extra year of that was for the bench
Bench took a year or so, squatting took me a couple years, and I was deadlifting close to 3 times my body weight about 6 months after starting to deadlift (I weigh more now, and cant dl as much though?!?!)
at 230lbs about 3 years, with shirt 15 minutes to put it on
I have still got a while on the bench, a year and a half on the others, If I stay as strong while dieting...
i doubled/tripled my bw of 198 in about 3 years...
doubled it again at 250 in another 3 years but never doubled the bench since 455 was my best but everything else i did and almost tripled the squat an dead.
bench still isn't there, I could deadlift 2xBW in 2-3 months of starting deadlifting at 165 lbs...squat was close at 295 but not quite in the same time.
I was able to double my weight and then some in squat after about two years. Weighed in at 200lbs and squat 455
I was able to double my weight and then some in Deadlift after about a year and a half. Weighed in at 200lbs and D/L'ed 550 (with trap deadlift bar though, not sure about the real way though, either way, I am positive I would have doubled it).
I was able to barely double my weight in bench after about 2 1/2 years. Weighed 198lbs at the time and put up 405lbs on bench. Since then I put up 415lbs but at the time weighed 212lbs..... but now I am down to about 204lbs now so I think I am back to doubling my weight again... Unfortunately, I may never know because of how fucked up my wrists are from powerlifting with bench for a couple of years with that much weight. Now I try and keep everything under 325 to make the chance of an injury lower.
maybe a year at 165 and I had it not long after hitting 215 from 180 in 3 months... had everything but the bench and that came through a few months later
about 1.5 years for all three, I'm still yet to bench 1.5 in competition
roughly 2 years.
Being only 150, benching 225 took about a year.. Like I said thought, I am only 150...
2x BW bench, 3xBW SQ/DL

It took me about 3 months to bench my body weight
Now that i've cut, I weight 157lbs and can bench 165lbs, so i'm slowly getting there, but 1-2 years for 1.5bw, that would be pretty intense
The hard part about it is that you just can't do bench everyday and expect it to make great gains, you have to do all sorts of other stuff to build other muscles if you want to make good gains at benching
I have a friend who does nothing but bench and curls, and he wonders why he's so slow in bringing up his bench numbers
