Do you think I can remove light swirls by hand and elbow grease if I really work it in?

This is just temporary until I can buy PC for myself.

Also I have zymbol I believe and it says its supposed to remove swirls or should I use meguiars scratch x until I can get some poorboys ssr's and stuff like that?

    Thanks buddy!!!

Yes, you can remove swirls with a polish by hand. There is a sticky for it as well on how to do it.

You can get Meguiars #9 or the Mother's Power Polish (I think that is the name) at Pep Boys and Auto Zone. By hand and with those products, you can probably remove light swirls.
