attn: PLers v. knee wraps

    How tight do you wrap them?

    If I wrap it as tight joe wants, the bottom half of my leg gets tinglingy because no blood is getting through. :noes:
    How long do you keep it wraped for? Just 1 rep/set or much longer?

    I may want to give it a go in a few years. "Somebody" said it takes a long time to get used to the basics so trying the equipment early on is a good thing ;)

    But anyway, I give it a go every few months or so to see how high I can get with everything I've got. I doubt it's holding me back from anything.

    despite the fact i agree with you, i didnt think youd feel that way.
    my opinion - if your knees cant lift it, why should your body.

    good point. my knee acts up if i play a lot of raquetball, so i wrap it. good while im playin, but hurts after b/c less motion.
    double edged sword ;)
    (for those nonbelievers of liting, if there are any here, its almost 100% better from squatting!)

    i own them but have never used t hem, i dunno.

    I rarely if ever wrap, but for some reason at my gym on ME squat days they have you wrap them everytime.
