    the elitefts bands just say 'for someone with X lb squat' anyone know actual resistance? i want a good moderately difficult band for backstage like curls/side raises/flys/bench press

    mini = 25 pounds @ 6 feet (they are all rated at 6 feet...less is less and more is more)

    light = 50 pounds

    average = 75

    strong = 100

    i think there is a black that is extra strong that is rated at 150....I only have mini through strong.

    To answer your question, you probably want a light (purple) band. Mini's would be good if you are planning on doing like 30+ reps.
