Hey! Ok so here is my routine....

(Mon and Thursday) Two days a week I start out with 15 mins of cardio usually running. Then I do 8 different upper body exercises. I finish up with 2-3 different ab exercises 3 sets of 20-25 and then 30-45 mins of cardio I love the stair climbing machine thats actually like walking up stairs I walk normal for a minute, double step for a min, each side for a min, and backwards for a min then start at the begining.

(Wed)Then one day a week I like to just do an hour of cardio and 20 minutes of abs.

(Tues and Fri)Two other days a week I start out with 15 mins of cardio usually running. Then I do 8 different lower body exercises. I finish up with 2-3 different ab exercises 3 sets of 20-25 and then 30-45 mins of cardio. My legs are pretty sore on legs days so I cant really run but I can walk fast on an incline or bike. Our gym has a pool so I have the option to swim too.

I'd like to take a few classes but dont have the time right now. Our gym has and awesome kick boxing class and a SET class. I need a yoga class STAT to work on my flexibility again
