When you are making threads about your diet (or training), you have to understand that you are asking questions about the human body, not a WoW walk-through/How-to computer campaign mission. Everyone is different. When you make threads like "Rate my diet" and give us a mediocre diet that could be cutting for some, and bulking for others (its usually garbage regardless) it is hard for us to reply with anything other than "wat". We dont know what your goals are, what you weigh, what you want to weigh, what your mother looks like, what your father looks like, what your current training regimine is, what your future regimine is, if youre injury prone, how long youve been dieting, how fast your metabolism is, what your occupation is (availability of meals to you according to what your work field is), what part of day you train, what your financial freedom allows you to buy, what it doesnt, where you train, who you train WITH, etc. etc. etc. etc. i can go on for DAYS. So when youre looking for serious advice take some time out in order for US to HELP YOU and post something other than your three musketeers in the morning, your muscle milk in the evening and your population paste cocktail before bed, and let us know your history, your genetics, your training, your goals etc. You guys that are too lazy to even construct a proper thread for your own goddamn good think you will magically develop into someone with a religious and rigorous weekly routine and diet? No, I dont think so. It starts with a simple fucking concise thread about yourselves if youre looking for serious help. Part of the reason im writing this is because I get about 5 pm's per day with questions like: "Hey Patty tell me how to get sick delts? I work out 4x/week and pound mad Myoplex's bro!" If I read a concise write up and see someone is honestly trying to get help, and takes the time out to really look over their lives/priorities/goals/diets/training routines, i will be more than glad to help, because we all started somewhere, but the sloppy and lazy two liners asking how to get "swole or yolked" wont get you anywhere toward your goals, not even close. Come on.
