on wednesday, i had a lower back injury (strain?) and its still in recovery. im feeling better tonight and wanted to know if it would be a good idea to work chest/arms tonight? the lowerback pain is still there, but not enough to actually put me in pain when i try to stretch by touching my feet with my hands.

    routine consists of: (3x8...lightweight day)
    bb bench
    db bench
    db curl
    bb seated shoulder press
    db laterals
    bb close grip bench

i understand that the back is used when benching, i will be using strict form of keeping my entire back on the bench and make sure im hitting chest as primary target
