How much has your vertical improved since you started using bands? You said you'd be able to dunk by the end of summer. :hsd:

Wanna dunk? Try some box squats and strengthening your posterior chain

I have that problem sometimes, I can't fully palm a full size ball. I fixed it by getting higher so I could dunk with 2 hands. :mamoru:

I could dunk off one foot when I was 16, I could drop step dunk with two hands when I was 17...6'3" and whiter than white :wavey:

I miss about 70% of my one handed dunks that are just simple tomahawks. My fingers aren't long either :( I can make about 90% of windmills though, it's rather strange

Probably because your arm/hand is moving faster than the ball, and therefore it's being carried. Think of it as accelerating from 0-60 in a car where the passengers are the ball and the seats are the hand.
