Today while squatting I tried keeping my arms under the bar and it helped tremendously. I didn't fall forward/GM the weight at all. I also felt like I had much more power!

I highly recommend anyone else who falls forward/GM it to try keeping your arms under the bar rather than behind!

My arms went back naturally but I held them forward. the only thing I noticed was my forearms remaining flexed and getting exhausted. is this normal? :o

yes, for a few weeks. in fact i remember that bullshit myself. my forearms were really weak, and over compensated on every single one of my lifts. in fact right now my forearms over compensated so much they are strong as fuck and i NEVER EVER work my forearms isolation wise. force them into that position and just keep working it, you will get stronger
