    try leveling it higher on your shoulders.

    What i did in the beginning was put my arms straight out and practiced balancing it on my front delts.

    Honestly I can front squat 225 for the same number of reps as 315. It is just because I end up choking myself too much after 6-8 reps no matter what the weight after about 185.
