Ok so I was told by a friend of mine to post my plans and see if I will get "owned" by you guys... I am 26 years old, 5'9" and weigh 296LB As of January 1st I have been to the gym everyday. The minimum I will do is 30 min of cardio and 50 situps - I plan on continuing this plan for a total of 90 days with out missing a single day. I am on the 14th day now and I have lost 9 pounds since I began. My friend is telling me that I need to rest between but I see no reason to rest considering I am not doing any heavy lifting!!!! What do you guys think?
