kinda makes me angry about the general ignorance of weight training in general. people are talking about doing roids and benching 275 like its a fucking huge accomplishment fuck i was able to do that by just training hard even with a horrible diet...why bother taking them if you're a beginner..people who are lazy and don't put in the hard work < *
