I wasn't able to find crystal light in a huge sized box here so it was pretty expensive so I wanted to find a solution.
I bought some of the flavor packs from True Protein and it's pretty nice. I bought BSL fruit punch which tastes like Crystal Light and the Orange one which tastes like orange popsicle.
Best thing is that it's cheap, I only use like 1/4 tsp for 2 cups worth of water.
    1 unit is 50 g btw, it costs 4$.

I wouldnt say really bad, but its not great.

    Better than sugar though IMO.

I usually get another brand thats sweetened with splenda. But I use alot of both.

Yeah I know they've been able to produce tumors in animals, but I've never heard of any health risk for humans or documented cases.

In one study I read that some animals (1 in 10,000 or so) might be sensitive to it by genetics (and thus prolonged consumption would be harmful).

But, further along it indicated that these sensitive humans would probably already know because of sensitivity to other products.

I read it a very long time ago, but I'm trying to dig it up.

Tazo Iced Green Tea ftw. A little more expensive, but you add a few splenda packets to a pitcher and it is sooooooo good.

plus, the green tea factor, too...
