I wouldn't mind having christophers #'s, and I'm sure he wouldn't mind my dashing good looks and charm that cause ladies everywhere to drop their pa

    nevermind.

Anyway I don't really follow a set routine. I did PurEvl's pre-exhaust workouts for a while (mainly when I was on S1+) but now I follow a pretty basic template:

3-4 lifts per muscle group, 3-4 sets, 6-10 reps per set. I usually do about 9 sets per group, no more than 12 most of the time. Sometimes I'll have heavy days and do 3-5 reps on the compound lifts, it just depends on how I feel.

Sorry if that didn't help much but I usually decide my workout day to day rather than follow a set plan. Listening to your body is the way to go.

When I do 12 week strength cycles I follow a CP/Westside style routine.

I looked into those, but they all focus on 4+ days in the gym, and I can only go 3 times.

I go 5 days a week so most of my workouts tend to be on the short but very intense side of things.

Hell my last shoulder day lasted maybe 20 minutes but I could barely lift my arms at the end of it.

some people notice better results with Westside training 3 days a week. You'd cycle it like this:

    Week 1
    Mon - ME Sq/DL
    Wed - ME Bench
    Fri - DE Sq

    Week 2
    Mon - DE Bench
    Wed - ME Sq/DL
    Fri - ME Bench

    etc

Ah.. thanks. I might switch to that soon.. I'm sure my friend won't be happy with it though, since he's just starting to get in the groove of lifting with me.

EDIT: what do ME and DE days consist of? I go to a YMCA, so I do not have a reverse hyper or GHR machine.
