    what are some good alternatives to eggs? i need a good breakfast to jump start the day, but i am so sick of eggs. boiled, sunny side up, scrambled... u name it, im sick of it.

    and ive never been a fan of oatmeal either, but i could give it a shot it someone recommends me a good brand..

    Why don't you go into the gay guy forum and learn how to make a delish cheese blintz? perhaps some delicate crepes?

    Eggs, cook a ham steak, eat a burger, protein, oatmeal...

    i was just wondering if there was maybe, some breakfast replacement made my big fitness nutrition companies or something. whats with the fucking hostility?

    wow, I wish I could make myself eat shit like that. Even though I'm bulking, I just can't make myself eat fast food.

    i workout in the morning so i have a proteins hake with my breakfeast. cereal, peanut butter sandwich and yogurt for the grains and stuff.

    :rofl: the other day i had this for breakfast, i think it was something like 1700 cals (i work up at like 11 and sooooo hungry :o)

    orange juice
    3 servings frosted flakes with milk
    boca burger + 2 slices sourdough + slice of cheese
    package of ramen
    6oz alaskan pollock
    hella carrots + 1/4 cup ranch
    pepperoni hot pocket
