so i got this blog (not an adsense farm) that i need to raise in rank

so im registering it in blog directories that i got from searching blog directories on google

and most of these sites require reciprocal links.

question: where do i put these stupid links so that the average blog viewer wont see?

will it matter if i put it NOT on front page but somewhere like in a sub directory?

what if i have an invisible div?

dont link that page anywhere on your site.

well what do the conditions of the link exchange say? some use crawlers to check for links on the entire domain.

should i do anything to robots.txt disallow linkback.html?

You can cloak them but reciprocal links aren't going to do shit for you. Just seek out some one way links.

I always thought with blogs you're better off going around commenting on other blogs, including your URL/sitename/etc when filling out the comment.. that way you can basically get as many backlinks as you want really.. just go around leaving generic "Yeah, I agree" etc on articles :dunno:

Any decent blog software/theme nofollows all links in comments, so that would be mostly useless.
