What are your meals for the day of a game, for example a hockey game at 9PM?

When I used to race mtn bikes, I'd have a huge spaghetti dinner the night before.

Probably something similar, but not as much the same day.

whats the logic behind having a big plate of pasta the night before a game?

1-2 hours before a rugby match ill have the same thing as before the gym - 4-5 eggs, cup of oats, fruit, and cup of coffee

I hear football players like to eat lots of pasta, bread, potatos, and pizza before big games.

Personally, I like to eat cobra hearts and pussy the night before a big lift at the gym.

Double Cheeseburger and a coke. No fries - those are empty calories.
