atleast I still have abs and legs

    I hurt my arm on thursday, so I took friday off and lifted saturday (today). I can't do shit, and I'm shrinking. So I did the nastiest ab and leg work-out ever. I don't know wtf I am going to do tomorrow. I also blew up my hip adductor doing squats again, so I'm totally immobilzed now. I'm shrinking!!!
