Not going on it, but curious... if you're not taking in any carbs, what does your percentages look like? I'm sure ideally you wanna take in as few grams of sat/trans fat as possible using fish and chicken. But what about the people that do like bacon, ham, and fatty beefs? Could you possibly take in more fat than protein, or is that even possible?

i avoid bacon, and try to use pretty lean beef, every once in a while ill crack and get a big ol steak, but other than that, lots of chicken, ground turkey, avocadoes, and through out the day I'll drink tablespoons of EVOO.

It's a ketogenic diet, it HAS to be high-fat. Look up "ketogenic" in wiki.

actually, once in a blue moon ill rip a fart that'll even make me kinda gag, but no 5w-30 shits or anything, if anything, with a diet low in carbs, helps keep me regular.
