    10/6/08 - work day
    weights 30 min
    curls 10 x 3 @ 30 lbs
    shrugs 10 x 1 45 lbs
    over head press 10 x 1 80 lbs
    dumbbell punch 10 x 1 10 lbs
    dumbbell snow angel 10 x 2 20 lbs

    Ab roller
    10 x 30


    distracting factors:
    guitar lesson 6:00
    Helping friend with car repair.

    10/7

    First day off work.

    curls 25 x 15 x 2
    crunches 25 x 1


    rain today, may or may not run tonight. having row with fiance.
    I did cook enough meat to last a few days.

    didn't record 10/8 or 10/9. Basically I didn't do much extra in the way of workout because my shoulder is giving me some problems. I didn't get to sprints last night so that will happen tonight.

    10/7 I did 2 60 sec all out sprints and thought I was going to die. tonight i'm going to do 5 rep easy go easys back to back with just enough rest to keep from having another athsma attack. probably going to throw in sit ups and pushups between sets. fiance is going to time for me.
