Lately i've been switching up my squat routine, trying to shock my legs into letting me get past this 350x10 atg plateau... So I was hitting 425x5 sets of parallel, and throwing in some box squats, etc... But it wasn't the same. So today I went back to atg. I got 400x5, but I dropped the bar after 5. Dropping the bar while squatting is fucking embarrassing. glad I was only in my basement. But fucking christ, my legs hurt. atg squats hurt like NOTHING else in the world. It's awesome. I'm gonna sleep like a baby tonight. Thank you atg squats.
