Looks like dude was arrested, turns out he had a felony and he was manufacturing more AR's in a year than allowed...when he wasn't even allowed to touch guns anyway.

    Bastard brought it on himself

Werd...I dunno how all of those people on there are still sticking up for him "well, he wasn't a rapist...they should have let him keep his guns". Maybe, but that's not the issue, the issue is IT WAS ILLEGAL FOR HIM TO OWN FIREARMS. Right or wrong, he broke the law and will now have to pay for it. People always say "don't make new laws, enforce the current ones" and that's what they are doing.

:werd: What a fucking dumbass. Guys like that make the average gun owner look bad in the uninformed eyes of people who are already wary of gun owners. I hope he gets the book thrown at him.

what page does it say that he was a felon? AFAIK he can manufacture as many guns as he wants as long as he doesn't sell them.

That's fucking retarded. Felons shouldn't be forbidden to own guns. If they're out of jail then haven't they paid their debt to society? If they're not reformed then leave them in jail. If they're judged not able to be reformed we should put their asses down. Fuck the three strikes and you're in jail for life bullshit. Three strikes and you're on death row.

Nope, look at all the sex offenders and convicted murderers who are being released from prison early or these liberal rogue judges handing out totally absurd sentences.

Yeah the legal system is flawed. What sucks is that the ones that really are reformed can't get a gun. The ones that don't give a shit just go out and get one illegaly, anyway.

I have no problem with some idiot who committed some financial crime or something 20 years ago buying a gun, but anyone who is convicted for a violent crime like rape, murder, etc. etc. etc. should never be allowed to own a gun regardless of whether they're reformed or not.

I used to think like that. There are a lot of good people, though, who are falsely accused or who's "crime" just falls under the law. I was listening to a guy on the radio one day who fucked some chick in college. Weeks later she went to the authorities and cried rape :ugh:. Now he's fucked for life because of it. I have a buddy who's girlfriend called 911 when they were having an argument. They were just yelling at each other and she got pissed and made the call. By the time the cops got there they had made up but if a domestic violence call is made they have to arrest someone. It costs a LOT of money to disprove that shit even if the woman comes around and explains the situation. Another time a friend of mine's wife was beating the shit out of him with a broomstick. He was just laughing at her so she called the cops. Next thing you know he's in jail and now he can't own a fucking gun because SHE was beating on HIM. Some of our laws are pretty fucked up and I believe 100% in second chances. If you prove that you can't fit into society, though, I don't want my tax dollars going to your incarceration. You should just go on death row.

If you can't be trusted with a weapon you shouldn't be back in society. If you're back in society you are deserving of your right to self defense. If you decide to become a criminal again you'll get a weapon illegally anyway. Gun control doesn't work, learn this now.
