not going to have my car back until march 3rd, great. Parents won't let me use theirs because "insurance doesn't cover me". Gym is too far to bike over there (~8-9 miles).

Any ideas for some good at home workouts? I know the standard pushups, pullups, blah blah,, any other ideas?

push ups with weights on your back. just find a box or something thats heavy and do push ups with that. a broom stick with paint buckets, water bags, etc on both sides can work for curls. use your imagination.

 well after my grueling 12 hour day of work (literally) I don't exactly think my body would be up for a long ass bike ride. Most of my friends are lazy fucks and only go where they wanna go, none of them seriously work out. Bus in jacksonville? yeah right, we have one of the worst mass transportation systems in the world. I was really looking for ideas other than just chest, cuz obviously it can only be trained so much.. yeah side raises and front raises and stuff for shoulders can be done, which is cool.. leg exercises? It has been a full 2-3 months since my last one

If your parents won't let you drive their cars, deadlift them. :mamoru:
