I'm setting up a site for a local not-for-profit and they want an easily editable Calendar and Photo Gallery for someone that isn't exactly technical.

It'll be hosted on a Windows server through GoDaddy using asp pages.

Is there anything out there that someone has experience with and is user friendly?

You could make an awesome site like this using just the prototype and scriptaculous libraries.

iGallery, it's only $10 or $15 and I use it on few of my sites (sorry I won't post a link, not on OT :mamoru: ) but check it out here. They have a free version but it cannot do subdirectories, so that may do as well if you don't need nested folders.

    http://www.b-cp.com/igallery/default.asp

very easy to upload pics and manage directories etc...
