Asking for Quick Workout Help.

    Been out of shape for the longest time due to other hobbies and trying to get back into shape. I'm starting my first workout in a while right now and just wondering if anyone have tips for a 5' 10", 130 pound asian, slim as a starting workout routine to get "in shape/build some muscle"? thanks for any inputs and hopefully these workouts can be managed with dumbells and a benchpress :hsd: and in the most ive ever maxed on the bench press is 155lbs :rolleyes: to not over/underwork me. :noes: thanks
