I know I'm asking for it, but come one come all and let me enlighten you....
what kind of car do you drive?
wtf is going on?
What did you do with all those dangerous, killer floor mats?
how many parts on average are replaced during the recall and how many people are coming in angry and threatening to sue
an 03 Lightning and my wife drives a 06 Accord
If you work for Toyota and go to Japan..will you get all kinds of pussy for just working for glorious Toyota?
I take out my anger cutting that shit to ribbons with a box cutter
bitches on a conveyor at toyota city
how's the pay?
do your coworkers give you shit for not driving a toyota? or is it like a bigger dealership with lots of manufactueres?
dont you make about 12$ an hour?
supercharged 5.4 FTW
it's 3 parts total, a shim for the pedal, and a styrofoam block for the floorboard underneath the carpet, also a rubber stopper on the same area.
ps3 or 360?
How much does it cost Toyota to do each of these?
oh, I figured they would just take the mats from one car and put them in the next one. Did anyone actually believe it was the floor mats?
word homie, 2.6 Kenne Bell and a few other bolt-ons pepped that shit right up too.
Do they just replace the pedal or flash/reprogram the ECU as well?
it's what the mats lay on, the floor, that's the issue
how did you get your job, have you been there a long time? you ever been worried about your job security in this market - not about these recalls but like last year when all those domestic dealserships were closing down?
no pedal replacement, we work that shit out with a Sawzall and an orbital sander. Got a little jig that Toyota has provided us with
Are you confident the pedal and floor are what actually cause the acceleration problem? I figure it must be a software problem
