    Alright first things first.... my log shall be the saddest one around I just know it. But by putting it all out for all to see, hopefully good things will come. I lack in the motivation and time department, so bear with me. I want to improve.

    Stats: 3/23/05
    Ht. 5'1" and 1/4" (hey every bit counts right)
    Wt. 116lb.
    Body Fat????

    Don't know my measurements right now but am very interested to find out so this will be updated.

    I think that is it....

    Oh yeah and feel free to comment... I'm a complete noob to this.

    Breakfast: 4:00am-ish
    split a 20oz coke with SO

    Lunch: 12:00pm
    salad (lettuce, tsp bacon bits, 8 croutons)
    ranch dressing
    ~cup of lasagna
    can of Mt. Dew

    Snack: 4:00pm
    cheese with peanut butter crackers (pack of 6)
    ice from drink earlier

    Dinner: 7:30pm
    (leftovers from Bob Evans) turkey
    stuffing
    roll
    1/2 can of Mt. Dew

    Breakfast: 4:00am-ish
    1/2 20oz Sunkist
    Bag of Cheezits (2.5 serv)

    (small glass of water @ 8:00am)

    Snack: 9:30am
    3 strips of bacon
    slice of buttered toast
    scoop of fried potatoes.
    can Mt. Dew

    Lunch: 12:30pm (allergies have me feeling sick)
    Ramen noodles
    can Mt. Dew

    Snack: 4:00pm
    I'm ashamed as I type this.....2 brown sugar cinn. pop-tarts.
    OMG did not know there was like 420cal in just that.


    **Got home from work at 7:30 and went straight to bed...felt horrible.**

    Your diet needs a serious ass overhaul.

    Actually, I have a hard time believing this is a serious thread.

    I've seen girls that are far far worse

    i knew a girl that would have 1 jelly sandwhich a day and then just water and maybe some lettuce after that. must have been 3-400 cals a day/

    The first day was actually pretty light for me, I don't eat very well (meaning type of food) and don't have much time but I am very serious.

    Is my snack better?

    oh shit my bad, your that smoking hot chick, sweet jesus thats your diet? Umm where do I start...ok cut out all the soda for one. Or switch to diet dew, its not that bad. Also you need to get some balance in your diet. Your gonna have to take baby steps though since too much change will only set you up for failure.

    Considering your pics and your diet...
    all I can say is damn good genes.

    Definitely lose the soda. Replace it with water.

    Ashley, seriously girl. cut out the soda and fatty snacks. that alone will make a HUGE difference. it takes absolutely NO LONGER to buy something healthy for a drink/snack than it does to buy that stuff.

    If anything, look at my log. I still eat kinda crappy. I LOVE FOOD. But I'm giving it my all to cut out the soda and sweet/salty snacks. I've found that once I've stopped eating them for a few weeks, my cravings DISAPPEAR. I eat on a *tight* budget and am a VERY busy mom of 5 (who will soon have a full time night-job on top of it all).

    If my fat ass can do it, you certainly can. :love:

    bowl of Cheerios (self-serve bowls 3/4c) 70cal/1g Fat/2g Pro
    milk in cereal 1/2 of Half Pint, 63cal/2.5g Fat/4g Pro
    half a banana, 46cal/0g Fat/?
    drinking OJ as I type....total for bottle 110cal/0g Fat/1g Pro

    Is this any better??

    Snack: 11:00am
    other half of banana 46cal/0g Fat/?
    can of Mt. Dew :hs: 170cal

    Lunch: ?
    8oz chicken noodle soup 75cal/2.3g Fat/4g Pro
    (not sure what I drank)

    Dinner: ? Ted's Montana Grill
    diced chicken salad (not sure what nutrients to use but I guess Fast Food Order) 161cal/3.25g Fat/26.7g Pro
    w/ranch 148cal/16g Fat/0g Pro
    vanilla coke :uh: (I really did that typing this) ?201cal/0 Fat/0 Pro

    You should eat something first thing in the morning. Like some eggs, or natural peanut butter sandwich on 12 grain bread, or oatmeal, or a protein bar.....something.

    Its so hard to eat before the paper route, I hardly wake up 5 min before we leave. There's no way I'll be able to get up any earlier than 3, b/c I don't go to bed until 9 or so. I need my 6 hours.
