A freind will ome over to me from far away in a couple of days with his PC wo I can pwn him on like... every game. But today I encountered a severe problem with my GPU.

I have a Gigabyte GeForce 6800GT, model GV-N68T256DHN that is. Well, today I started to play SWAT4, after that some Sim City 4.... and then it happened.

Looks like overheating, but somehow this can't be. I opened the tower, it's 70°F in here and I didn't change any driver settings or did any overclocking stuff.

    I need help here. :hs:

What does the Forceware control panel say the temps are?
What version of the drivers are you using?

I've read of issues with the 84.25 beta drivers and the game SWAT4. Roll back to just about any version should fix it.

it is overheating or your gpu must've gone bad. but like wolf said, it could be the drivers. just rollback to an older driver, or get nvidia omega drivers.
