MMA as of now, the weakest part of your game?

    For me, I noticed that when I am tired and rolling with a larger opponent, being on my back is where I feel like I am weak. And standing up, I feel like my muay thai sucks in general.

    I rarely put people into my gaurd so when it does happen I have difficulties pulling off basic subs unless I put them into rubberguard.

    Needless to say, I'm going to be working on that.

    I would say overall fitness, but I have improved quite a bit. Just a little more weight (excess fat) to lose.

    My weakest area would be grappling, hence my recent interest in BJJ.

    1 year ago I thought that my current weakness was actually the strongest part of my game :mamoru:


    I am still looking for a host that will let me up big files so I can host more stuff for you guys

    I should be around 165-170 with correct body fat.
    I could certainly carry more muscle, but I don't lift.

    my biggest weakness is my grappling.
    weight isn't as much of an issue, its just something I need to work on.

    Ground game for sure. Striking I feel pretty comfortable, I need to do more bagwork to increase my speed/power, but I've got good technique and a long reach (i'm 5'9"/135ish but my reach is like 71.5", I was born with freak arms).

    On the ground I'm just not so comfortable yet. Especially on my back. I'm learning tho. My defense isn't so bad but I really don't have the skills to try much offensively.
