I'm starting to taper off on gains and increase in bf%, which means that my bulk will probably cut off as soon as I get sick of being a fatass (pretty quick here). I'm trying to plan my diet/training around it. Should I try to maintain my current weight for a month or so before cutting (maybe maintenance + 200 cal with bi-weekly weight training), or should I go straight to cutting (maintenance - 500 cal or so, bi-weekly weight training). Going to try to encorporate some HIIT morning workouts maybe 2 or 3 times/wk with my normal bi-weekly m/th fullbody weight training. Suggestions?
