Right now yes. But before when there were guys like Rizzo, Barnett, Ricco, etc he was not dominating.

AA vs. Kharitonov or aleks would be a good match up i think

i don't think that he's much of a finesse fighter at all. he can throw leather and is strong as hell, but I don't see him as a clean striker, opportunistic and smart fighter

I'd have to disagree. Arlovski (or Arvoskki as the thread title indicates lol) is really well rounded and it's not just his power that makes him good, it's his overall technique which includes good ground skills and speed. And as for clean striking, did you catch the knockout on Buentello? Perfectly placed punch to the jaw ftw. Arlovski is my favorite fighter in UFC, and it would be real interesting to see him in Pride though Fedor is practically unbeatable.

they both were both throwing hard, and AA caught one on the chin even in the exchange, but it just wasn't as clean of contact

he has improved immensely, but he's not the most intelligent in the ring, which is essential for a finesse fighter IMO

fedor, cro cop and big nog would easily beat him. several others have a very good chance

it's really hard to judge where Arlovski's skill level is at...not many in Pride HW as naturally BIG and strong as he is...plus his skills are pretty good...i think we'll find out soon enough how he fares in PRIDE anyways
