    EFS is doing a seminar in Dallas in September that I'm really considering going to. Money is always an issue but I think it would be more than worth the cost

    Off the Bottom – Strength off of your chest is a huge necessity and should be #2 on your priority list. This is part technique and part shoulder strength.

    I just skimmed this article yesterday with the intention of reading it in detail later, and the bits I picked up were implemented into my lifts today, and saw a good increase in power. +10 lbs 5RM
    now I'm gonna read it in detail.
