    I'm sure some have read this already.... He slaps a lot of popular ideas in the face with his article. ie. not eating b4/after workouts, he's against eating multiple meals per day, he states that "muscle mass can easily be gained without eating an excess of calories", etc. Almost makes the guy sound like a quack. Your thoughts? Particularly on the pre/post WO nutrition.

    he is a crackpot, anyone that says it is "easy to gain muscle while eating below maintanece" has about zero intelligence. I would take nutritional advice from 8 year olds before I listened to him.

    yeah some of the shit he says is absolutely insane. Depletion-type workout in the morning on a empty stomach??? Yeah, that'll work nicely :wtf:

    I am no diet expert, but when I got to the part about negetives being great for fast twitch fibers, I knew this guy was so full of shit his ears were leaking.

    I liked the one about most distance runners having a BF of 22%. Which "running clubs" did he survey for that average and what kind of "distances" were they running?
