My roommate's neck/traps keeps getting is messed up, and I think he needs to strengthen it.

Are there any good exercises he can do around the house to help with this?

100 reps a day makes your collared shirts go away

You know what sucks? Wearing shirts that have a collar and the people that try to force you into them. Actually, the more that I think about it, the more I realize that the collared shirt is not the problem. It's not their fault that someone stiched them up, looking more like George McFly than Marty.

No, it's the people who are always trying to get you into one of these things. As if the world will finally give you a million dollars and a pat on the back for your new fashion sense.

You know what's even worse? People that insists that you dress up for church. Getting dressed up so you can learn the teachings from someone that wore a robe and sandals (aka Jerusalem Cruisers) and shunning material items and searching for spiritual growth. Very interesting.

So if you love Jesus, you have to buy a neck harness. And if you are on the fence on this one, remember Pascal's Wager.
