    it was a weeks workout routine for beginners out of his book. I only saved a page someone scanned and put them all on here in some thread. I need the rest of the days thats day 3 I need 1 2 4 - "5,6" are off I think.:x:

    Its three work outs that you do twice a week. Only one day off.
