Thought you guys might like to take advantage, or at least have a chuckle at this.

Larue is collecting failed ARMS mounts as evidence in a lawsuit ARMS brought against them for in part violating ARMS' patent on the number "#17".

To that end, if you have an ARMS product that has broken, stripped, or failed in any way, send it to Larue with a note describing the failure and they will send you the comparable Larue product.

I sent in an old 17S that had worked itself loose and requested they send a LT170 to a deployed serviceman since I'm all set for a replacement. :bigthumb:

"So uh, we make a mount for an EoTech, and aresuing you since you can't make one, even if it's different than ours. We are the only ons allowed to make optics mounts for AR-15s."

On another forum, a guy said his department literally threw away millions of dollars worth of ARMS products in the dumpster and replaced with LaRue stuff (post was over a year ago).
