I pulled a chest or bi muscle while doing chest, muscle bruised up and healed, no major pain except first two days.

now i have a tendon that when i try to bench it pulls out from the armpit behind chest muscle, no pain, just feels weird, not right. i can w/o all other body parts. i feel it when doing chest or pull-ups. I guess two exercises that work it directly.

will the tendon go back into place on it own or have to go see a doc?

its been about a month. no pain that's why i haven't gone to the doctors.

    thanks

you should see a doctor. bruising usually indicates you tore something.

Quoted for truth. I had an injury in the same spot (underneath the pec, up by the armpit) and it turned out to be a strained bicep (kind of like tendonitis.) However I did not have any bruising.
