arm endurance

    I just tried benching after playing squash and I could barely do 115 because my arms were shaking and felt exhausted. I couldn't even do a single dip either. Would training my arms everyday with high reps actually help with this type of endurance or will it just be useless? Normally I can bench 160~ for 10 reps np, but I could barely do 155.

    well I've sort of always had this problem. When I used to bench 80s my arms would feel exhausted but my chest was fine. Today squash killed me but I've always noticed that doing back/chest exercises, my arms always give out so fast.
