    Not for me. Definitely not something I'd spend money on, but if one were just sitting around I imagine I'd use it from time to time just for the variation.

    my brother got one. id rather do curls on the bench than using the arm blaster

    a guy i work out with has one, i think i've used to two or three times. nothing to special..it's good for a change i guess but i honestly don't think i got a better work out from it

    i was thinking about getting one to stabilize my elbow and reduce some of the pain during arm workouts

    you could just lean against a wall and make sure you keep your elbows against it, it's basically the same thing

    yeah but not for tricep pushdowns, which hurt the most

    The YMCA I used to go to had one. Used it from time to time to change it up.

    I had one, and I used it for a while but godamn that thing was painful. I didn't find much use for it once I just made myself practice cleaner techniques on lifts that could use the arm blaster.
