holy shit, he had a RAILGUN?
I've heard of a monopod AND a bipod for guns, but a TRIPOD?!?! How are those things even legal I'm all for the second amendment but that shit is too dangerous and should be restricted to the military
IBJoe_cool says this guy is perfectly within his 2A rights and the BATFE should leave him alone.
If only 4 werent legal, he's not being charged with stockpiling a million in weapons. They're going to take his million in weapons, and charge him with stockpiling a few grand in illegal weapons.
LOADED PISTOLS IN THE BEDROOM HOLY SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let me translate
Liscensed dealer has guns, 4 of them where customers guns being worked on, he also had some dummy grenades. As he runs a business, dealing in high dollar items, he has cash on-site.
ATF is bored. No dogs were around.
I'd like to start tallying up all of these "weapons" arrests that are being made. There seems to be a huge increase of these victimless crimes where people are arrested for possession of some guns they supposedly shouldn't have. Most important questions is: how exactly does LEA just pick up on this fact, when the guns aren't exactly sneaking out the bedroom window and killing people on their own?
why would anyone care how many guns someone has?
how many can you fire at once?
We should probably just start charging people for the most deadly gun that they have. Did he have high powered sniper rifles with shrouded barrels, collapsible stocks, or shoulder things that go up?
