I'm 6'2, 185...working out regularly, bulking. This is actually just for basketball needs, I can hang on to the rim but can't actually get the ball over the rim.

Where will I need to workout more to generally increase my jump range? ibrape

Squats, deadlifts, good mornings, pull throughs, GHRs, reverse hypers, SLDL, RDL, one legged squats, cleans, snatches, I could go on.

Squat and deadlift heavy and you will one day possess the mad hops

When I used to train my vertical I worked on strength until I could squat 2x my bw then I split strength and plyos. Lots of depth jumps and other similar exercises. It worked for me as I could dunk consistently at 5'10...

Now that I think about it, I've put about 150 lbs on my squat since the last time I dunked it. I might lug my fat ass to the rec one night and attempt to play again
