ive been taking BN CEE for the past 1.5months now.....~1500mg pre, ~1500 post. and ive been getting some massive results lately. my numbers been increasing drastically and ive been looking "lean". before this, i took it around december at only ~500mg post and pre workout and i didnt see any results nor increase in numbers. prior to this i took SATUR8 per ceaze's advice and i thought it was the best creatine out there---and that one, it recommended 2months on and 1month off. i had a great experience with this...just lil too expensive and has to be taking 8hrs apart oh yea, even my protein intake isnt much anymore (coz ive ran out for like 2weeks already )...yet im seeing better result. and im also taking 1xenadrine + 25mg ephedrine 1hr before workout.
