I don't know if I could make it through the entire workout. I know I'd puke at least once (probably more) and feel like passing out, then probably just lay on the gym floor for an hour afterwards.

Driving home after tough ass leg or back workouts is hell.

exactly what I did...I was talkign with a BBer doing a local show and he gave me this routine. I like it because its old school...he said that if you can get through that, you can get through anything.

I got through it, I couldn't give up...I do have to say that it doesn't start getting REALLY hard until after the 3rd set. Then you're like well wtf I only have 2 more sets...but those last 2 are the ones that put the !!!!!!'s on the damn routine.

oh, and the key is to watch your rest time...can't break that rest time. bring a stop watch, 2 minutes comes faster than you think

the amount of weight lifted is the rate-limiting step in muscle growth

I still remember the pain I was in after doing your shoulder routine about a year ago.

Filmy's looks fun, might have to try it one day, probably a friday night so I had the weekend to recover.

sounds like fun, i already have a pretty killer leg day though

    push press 4 x 5 (kinda legs)
    squats 4 x 10
    rdls 4 x 10
db step ups 4 x 10 (each leg)
    standing calf raises 5 x 10

not as intense, but done to failure this will have you walking funny for days.
