are you cutting/bulking, and what is your main meal?

    hey guys, long time no see...

    F&N is looking good nowadays

    anyway, just wanted to see what everybody was doing.

    Bulking - pasta + tuna + alfredo sauce + parmesean cheese :yum:

    about 500 calories, 50 grams of protein

    I would think that would have wayyy more then 500 cals?

    chicken breast, apple, pretzel sticks, OJ.

    just a bowl full of pasta, tuna, and sauce

    I figure the pasta is about 300 calories, the tuna about 150, and the sauce about 100

    cutting

    either chicken+oatmeal+chilli sauce or chicken salad with 2 pieces of wheat bread.

    Both are around 250-300 calories and have 40-45g of protein in them.

    Breakfast is oatmeal and egg whites or tuna salad w/ bread.

    yeah, the good old days :)

    i am bulking pretty clean, but it sucks watching your body get fat :(
    not that im actually fat, but some of my shirts dont quite fit right anymore.

    it will be nice to get back to the skinny me, and this time i'll be nice and ripped :x:

    cutting

    my big meal is breakfast

    2 scoop shake ~45g protein
    3/4 cup oatmeal with raisins ~50g carbs
    couple teaspoons of peanut butter ~peanut butter makes cutting tolerable

    probable around 550 calories

    I'd lose the peanut butter when cutting, use your precious calories elsewhere.

    big meal:

    .8 lb chicken breast with granulated garlic and season salt
    1 cup cottage cheese with a pear mixed in
    1 cup nonfat play yogurt with 2 tbsp peanuts and 1 scoop chocolate ON

    = 1199.2 calories, 168 grams of protein

    (earlier in the day i spread out the other ~1300 calories and 150 grams of protein)

    It's my only real source of fat.

    the rest of my meals are small and mostly protein.

    besides preworkout, where i eat that same meal again (oats + natty PB)

    plus, that small bit of peanut butter makes the meal satisfying.

    1 Fruit Cup
