I now have the NeoToolbar installed on my system. :greddy:

I ran SpyBot, but it's still there. Isn't that supposed to remove it, or do I just not know what I'm talking about?

If I don't know what I'm talking about, any suggestions on how to clean my system of it?

Toolbars can be considered spyware if you don't want them installed. Use hijackthis to remove it. Be careful, because hijack will list all of the toolbars installed, even ones that are useful and non-malicious (i.e. Google Toolbar).

Spybot is ok, but frequently misses a LOT of stuff. AdAware is better. Try other apps too, if need be.

And yes, uninvited BHOs (browser "helper" objects) such as toolbars are spyware.

I would also highly recommend trying a new web browser if you want to avoid stuff like that in the future.

Have you tried looking in Add/Remove Programs for something that says anything about NeoToolbar to tried to remove it
Give HijackThis a crack at it too.

    Tried Add/Remove. Nuttin.

Used HijackThis, like AccidenT suggested earlier, and ended up being able to delete it myself.

But thanks for your help! :bigthumb:
